ONE ON ONE TRAINING You get out what you put in!! Your efforts will pay off! I will guide you, push you and together we will create a successsful experience! Sessions can be 30 – 60 minutes.
GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
People now have a great opportunity for personal training at an affordable rate! Three to six people participate in 45-60 minutes of high intensity movements addressing all aspects of fitness. This is fun! Sessions are scheduled between group and trainer.
CLASSES
STRENGTH CLASS Mon/Wed/Fri 11:30-12:10 This well paced class will challenge all levels using many exercises. Besides getting stronger, you will improve yourcoordination, balance and posture! Often underestimated is the intensity of these classes, so come check it out for yourself! Mon and Wed are free. Friday is a $5 drop in fee. Fred Meyer Gym.
AB / CARDIO CLASS Mon/Wed 12:15-1:00 This high paced class spends 20 minutes on ab/back=core and 20 minutes on heart thumping, fun cardio segment. Finishes with 5 min of stretching. $5 drop in. Fred Meyer Gym.
