ONE ON ONE TRAINING This style of training offers a very attentive, individualized exercise plan. Together we cover fitness assessments, personal inventory questions and goal setting. Through accountability, encouragement and a weekly/monthly plan, a client will accomplish more than the original goals. Sessions can be 30 – 60 minutes.
GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
People now have a great opportunity for personal training at an affordable rate! Group Personal Training runs 8 weeks, at a time, meeting twice a week. What makes this different than a class format is you recieve two one-on-one personal training sessions, must identify specific goals, the workouts are created specifically for each group needs and a small group is great support and fun. Four to six people participate in 45-60 minutes of weight training, calorie burning aerobics and stretching/cool down. Sessions are scheduled between group and trainer.
CLASSES
During this 30 minute class, plan to gain strength, flexibility AND improve your coordination, balance and posture! Often underestimated is the intensity of these classes, so come check it out for yourself! FM Employees classes are M-W-F 6am/11:25. Tri-met employee classes are M-W 12:15-1:00. Drop in any day!
