ABOUT DAWN
PHILOSOPHY/SPECIALTIES:
Finding the right program for every individual is the core of my philosophy as a trainer. I pride myself on empowering my clients to take control of their physical fitness by encouraging life long skills for healthy living. I give my clients the knowledge, techniques and questions to guide them to independently take control of their health and fitness. Educating clients about weight lifting, cardiovascular training and stretching are important. But it is also necessary to incorporate balance and coordination training into routines, as this diminishes with age. Essentially, my training is created to make the most out of every exercise and to enjoy the challenges!
BACKGROUND:
Motivating clients to reach their full potential and optimal health comes naturally. Growing up, I was always involved in athletics and spent most of my free time physically playing games and sports with my brothers. As a young adult, I noticed that when I exercised and ate healthy; my mood, attitude and outlook stayed optimistic! At this point in my life, I have now achieved several personal goals that provide me with experience to effectively coach others to their own successes.
